I created my own transitions(Diagonal Wipes, two versions: Top-right to Bottom-Left and Top-left to Bottom-right) which are freely available from the Director Zone website. If you click on "All Content" in the section above this list, where it says "Import Media", it should reveal your transitions in among all the others. When you open the transitions "room" in PD14 you'll see the words "All Content" twice, then will follow, a list showing, from top: "My Favourites" "Custom" "Downloaded" etc(with bracketed numbers showing how many effects in each category) Your effects should be tucked away in the "Custom" section.
